If you're lucky enough to be one of our First Class passengers, you will be treated to a fine dining experience from the renowned chefs from Nationally Acclaimed Restaurant JÖRO. Your meal will be accompanied by an exclusive drinks package.
You'll also have a priority viewing area, reserved facilities and priority access, as well as the opportunity to rub shoulders with the evening’s stars.
About JÖRO
Chef Luke French and his wife, business director Stacey Sherwood-French, are the visionary duo behind JÖRO, one of Sheffield's most celebrated dining destinations. Since launching in December 2016, JÖRO has gained national recognition for its innovative approach to modern dining, earning the city's first Michelin Bib Gourmand and drawing inspiration from Nordic and Japanese cuisine.
Their culinary journey has been marked by constant evolution. In 2019, they introduced Konjö, a street food concept showcasing bold, East Asian flavours. By June 2021, they expanded their footprint with House of JÖRO, a boutique hotel offering an exclusive 10-seat Chef’s Table and a lifestyle retail brand. In 2022, they further solidified their presence in the industry with the publication of their first book.
In January 2025, Luke and Stacey embarked on their most ambitious project yet—JÖRO 2.Ö at Oughtibridge Mill. Set within a beautifully restored 19th-century paper mill in the Don Valley, the new location elevates their flagship dining experience with a bar, all-day dining terrace, live-fire outdoor kitchen, deli shop, and seven boutique rooms.

Business Class guests will enjoy exceptional hospitality in our grand marquee with gourmet food-trucks and boutique beverage stall delivering a fantastic dining experience.
Guests will receive three food and four beverage vouchers upon arrival to be redeemed against the food and drinks of their choice.
Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase for both business class and economy guests.
